Strategy Luncheon, June 10, 2025

The Jewelry Edit Foundation hosted an intimate strategy luncheon in collaboration
with McKinsey, bringing together influential leaders from across the jewelry and fashion industries to
explore a critical question: How can we drive impactful change in DEI and sustainability through our
programming? The roundtable-style event, led by foundation founder Rosena Sammi, fostered open and
solution-oriented dialogue among a cross-functional group of decision-makers and innovators.
Guests included Dana Nabarezny (Tiffany & Co, Head of Innovation), Negeen Karimi
(Hermès, Director, Client Development, Jewelry), Lisa Chen (Coach, Digital & Tech Development, Coachtopia),
Shona Quinn (Eileen Fisher, Senior Director, Social Consciousness), Travis Burgin (Gucci, Former VP, Brand &
Cultural Engagement), Kerry Feldman (John Hardy, Senior VP, Marketing), Christine Chang (Glow Recipe, CEO,
Founder), and Jasmine Humphrey (LVMH, Director, Campus & Cultural Engagement). Their diverse perspectives
helped shape a multifaceted conversation around actionable strategies and shared responsibility.

The discussion yielded several key insights and ideas, around sustainability,
customer journeys and the importance of communities for designers. The discussion was formalized into a
Strategic Plan for The Jewelry Edit Foundation.
As the Foundation continues to scale its impact, these conversations are essential to
guiding thoughtful, measurable programming that centers inclusion, equity, and long-term sustainability across
the industry.
