An Empowerment Program for Jewelry Professionals Under 30
A professional development program for emerging jewelry and luxury professionals aged 18–30 seeking careers in the jewelry and luxury sectors. The program introduces participants to the many career opportunities within the industry. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds—you do not need to be a traditional jewelry designer to apply.
About the Program
The Jewelry Edit Foundation, in collaboration with LVMH North America, proudly presents Designing a Responsible Future—an immersive professional development experience for 15 emerging jewelry and luxury professionals.
Hosted in New York City, the program introduces participants to the many career paths within the jewelry and luxury industries—from design and craftsmanship to sourcing, retail, merchandising, marketing, innovation, and leadership.
Throughout the experience, participants will engage with industry experts while exploring responsible business practices, sustainability, diversity, and ethical entrepreneurship.
Who Should Apply?
We welcome applications from students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals aged 18–30 who are passionate about building a future in luxury.

The Experience
Fifteen selected participants will take part in an immersive learning experience that combines education, mentorship, networking, and professional development.
